Quick version: book online, pay the 50% GCash deposit, arrive about ten minutes early, pay the balance at the desk, and play. Wear non-marking indoor shoes and bring water.
Before you arrive
Reserve your court on the Book page. Pick a Playing Court for a game with your group or a Practice Court for solo work with the ball machine, choose your date, start time and duration, then send the deposit by GCash and upload the receipt. You will get an email confirmation with your booking reference. If you are new, read the rules guide and skim what to wear and bring.
On the day
Come ten minutes early so you are on court for the full slot you paid for, not setting up during it. Check in at the desk with your name or reference, settle the balance, and you are pointed to your court. Nets are already up. If you asked to borrow paddles or balls, they will be at the desk.
Court etiquette
- Non-marking indoor court shoes only — street shoes scuff the surface and are slippery. See the shoes guide.
- Keep loose balls off neighbouring courts; call "ball on" if one rolls through, and wait for play to stop before retrieving.
- Wrap up your game a minute or two before your slot ends so the next booking starts on time.
- Bin your bottles and tape on the way out. Re-rack any borrowed equipment.
Timing your slot
The venue is open 24/7, but weekday evenings and weekends are peak and book out first — reserve those a few days ahead. If your schedule is flexible, mornings, early afternoons and late nights are quieter and easy to grab. The practice bays are air-conditioned; the playing courts run under roof with industrial fans, so a daytime game is still comfortable. The best-time guide has the week broken down.
If you are brand new
You have two good first-visit options. Book a Playing Court with friends for a relaxed first game — mixed-level doubles is normal and forgiving. Or book a Practice Court and spend an hour with the ball machine learning the serve, the dink and the third-shot drop at your own pace before you play anyone. Either way, ten minutes in you will have the hang of it.
Put it into practice on court.
