Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservations and deposit

Courts are booked for a chosen date, start time and duration (1 to 3 hours). A reservation is held as pending until we receive a 50% deposit by GCash and can match it to your booking. Once confirmed, the remaining balance is paid at the venue before you play. Until the deposit is received, the slot may still be taken by another player.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• More than 24 hours before your slot: you may reschedule to another available slot, or cancel for a full refund of the deposit. Contact us by phone or Facebook message.
• Within 24 hours of your slot, or a no-show: the deposit is forfeited, because the court was reserved and held for you.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not extend the refund window.

Late arrival

Your booked time is fixed. If you arrive late, play still ends at the scheduled time so the next reservation is not affected. Arrive about ten minutes early to be ready for your full slot.

Group bookings

Groups may reserve multiple courts for the same time block. Each court carries its own deposit. For sessions larger than three courts, recurring weekly slots, private events or tournaments, contact us directly to arrange it.

Conduct and equipment

• Non-marking indoor court shoes are required.
• Paddles and indoor balls can be borrowed at the venue on request — mention it when booking.
• Players are responsible for their own belongings and for playing within their ability. Use of the courts is at your own risk.
• The venue may refuse or end a session for unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

Changes by the venue

In rare cases (maintenance, safety, power issues beyond backup capacity) the venue may need to move or cancel a booking. If that happens, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund of any amount paid.
