What we collect

• Booking details: your first and last name, email address and mobile number.
• Payment proof: if you upload a GCash receipt, the image is stored with your booking so staff can confirm it.
• Booking activity: the courts, dates and times you reserve, and the status of each booking.
• Site analytics: anonymous page views and referrers, recorded on our own server. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

How we use it

To create and manage your reservation, confirm payment, send booking confirmations and reminders by email, respond to enquiries, and understand which pages of the site are useful. If you opt in to the newsletter, your email is also used to send occasional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the booking system and email delivery on our behalf, and where required by law.

Retention

Booking records and any payment-proof images are kept for as long as needed for operational and accounting purposes, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will action reasonable requests.
