The website

This site is provided by CENTRALCOURT SPORTS CENTER to give information about the venue and to take court bookings. We keep the content accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free at all times.

Bookings and pricing

Submitting a booking is a request to reserve a court. It becomes a confirmed agreement once we accept it and receive your deposit. Prices, hours and available courts are set by the venue and may change; the price shown on the Book page at the time you confirm is the price that applies. Deposits, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false booking information or another person's details without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or its booking system.
• Do not copy substantial parts of the site's content for commercial use without permission.

At the venue

Use of the courts and facilities is at your own risk. You are responsible for playing within your ability, wearing appropriate footwear, and looking after your belongings. The venue is not liable for injury or loss except where caused by its own negligence and to the extent the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

Intellectual property

The CentralCourt name, logo, site design and written content are the property of the venue. Article text may be quoted with attribution and a link back to this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
